R v F and Others (Manchester Crown Court)

Operation Legend . We acted for the lead defendant in a multi handed drugs conspiracy. The case revolved around complex telephonic evidence over a 12 month period. We successfully argued a basis of plea for our client who received a substantial discount at sentence.

R v H and Others (Central Criminal Court)

We acted for one of the defendants in a large multi handed terrorist trial in which it was alleged that our client was a leading member of a proscribed organization which was behind a plot to kill a serving MP & police officer.

R v A and Other (Preston Crown Court)

We secured the only acquittal in a 13 handed Moss Side gangland related murder. Our client who was alleged to be the ring leader and organizer of the brutal attack on the 18 year old victim was unanimously cleared of all charges by the jury following a five week trial.

R v I and Others - Operation Buntline (Southampton Crown Court)

We acted for a Defendant in a 30 handed conspiracy to supply drugs from The North West to the South coast. This case was the largest and most complex investigation ever undertaken by Hampshire Constabulary.

R v F and Others (Birmingham Crown Court)

One of the largest Class A drugs importation cases prosecuted in the UK involving drugs concealed in ambulances.. Sentencing to a total of 94 years at Birmingham Crown Court , Judge Francis Laird said : " This was a highly sophisticated, meticulously planned and well executed conspiracy involving the importation of Class A drugs on a truly colossal scale ."

R v F and others (Manchester Crown Court)

We secured the only acquittal in a multi handed murder case in Wythenshawe after extensive work by us in respect of complex telephonic evidence proved our client was not at the murder scene at the material time.

R v A (Manchester Crown Court)

Following complex legal submissions our client was cleared of killing a reveller in club brawl with broken bottle.

R v N (Manchester Crown Court)
